Here is a collection of frequently asked questions that I have put together to help you in renting or managing a property. If you have any other questions, not listed here, feel free to call or send an e-mail.
HOW CAN I SEE
THE UNIT I AM INTERESTED IN?
All
vacancies are available to show Monday – Friday 9AM-5PM or Saturday 9AM-Noon. Come to our office at 14436 E. Whittier Blvd.
(between Ocean View & Gunn), we will issue you a set of keys in exchange
for a $20 CASH deposit; return the keys within the hour and we will REFUND your
$20 deposit.
WHAT IF THE UNIT I AM INTERESTED IN IS COMING SOON?
The
property you inquired about has a tentative acceptance. Perhaps we can help you
with one of our other vacancies or if you would like to put your application on
file with us, we can keep you informed about our coming vacancies BEFORE they
are published on the internet.
Please
let us know specifically what you are looking for and we will do our best to
find it for you.
DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?.... MAYBE
This
property MAY allow pets with an additional deposit, the owner will want to
review the entire application before making a decision. If you have a service animal, they are accepted with no extra deposit.
DO YOU TAKE SECTION 8?
Yes, we
accept HUD-Section 8 H
ousing vouchers for a very limited number of properties. If the building accepts
HUD-Section 8 Housing, before applying, you must be approved with your voucher
in hand before we will process your application.
